On October 19, 2022, we invited Dr. Jie Xiao, senior researcher of BESSY II light Source in Germany, to give an academic report to introduce the latest progress of soft X-ray spectroscopy research for liquid materials. In the ultra-high vacuum environment, the characterization of liquid has always been a difficulty in research, and the flow pool and microfluidic technology used by Dr. Jie Xiao and his research group provides a good solution for the characterization of liquid phase interface by synchrotron radiation.
