At the invitation of Zhu Junfa's research group, at 9:30 am on March 6, 2022, Professor Chen Wei from the Department of Physics of the National University of Singapore gave us an academic report in the lecture hall of Building 2 of the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (the original location of the poster was Conference Room 210, Building 3). Professor Chen Wei told us about the ohmic contact research on two-dimensional layered materials, such as transition metal disulfide, boron nitride, tungsten selenide, etc., the research on metal and semiconductor surfaces and the application of devices.
